Beginning in the fall of 2006 Raul and Connie moved to Lincoln Park town of Chicago, Illinois to follow God’s call in their lives to start a new church. The gentrification of Chicago communities have attracted young professionals to come back to the city, many of whom are “un-churched”. And with the business establishments flourishing in the community there is a significant audience of businessmen and women to reach. Proximity to downtown Chicago and to public transportation makes it easier to minister to the neighboring towns allowing opportunities for growth and wider reach. Gentrification of the souls in Chicago for the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ is Redeemer’s Grace Church’s objective in the city.
